Utterly phenomenal spirits with a bartender that truly cares and really knows her stuff. I came here for the whisky (which was great) but fell in love with the gin. Gin and tonic plus single malt old fashioned made for an amazing stop while on a road trip from Florida. I would definitely recommend a detour to this place. Try the $4 flight and I guarantee you’ll leave with a bottle (or three). I did!

Took a tour, which was cool since no one else was offering tours during covid. The workers were knowledgeable and passionate about their craft. We tried their spirits but couldn't find any that we liked. Strong bite and low flavor profile, also very expensive compared to other local distillers. I appreciate their grain to bottle idea though

We live just down the road and cannot believe we haven’t been here sooner. The customer service is so nice and attentive. It was just an overall great experience. Gin was more my fiancés thing but I had a chocolate chip cocktail and it was delicious!

Came across this little gem while vacationing in Black Mountain. Each time we drove past it beckoned to us with its rustic yet welcoming outdoor vibe. Had to look them up and see what they were all about, and couldn't wait to stop in. So glad we were able to, and can't wait till next trip to relax and have some more quality, creative drinks! Friendly relaxed atmosphere, great spirits, fun learning experience, and we even bought the t-shirt 😁

An absolute must stop in the Asheville area. The people are incredibly friendly, the cocktails are expertly crafted and their passion for distilling quality spirits is apparent. (Thanks for letting me get some 35mm photos of the still.)
