Since my nickname is Big Red I had to check this place out while I was in Indy. The guys working that morning were very knowledgable and knew a lot about the different bourbons they had in stock. The cool part about this place is an old bank building and the bourbon is kept in the vault downstairs. Since we were in town for four days we ended up making a couple trips to Big Red Liquors. Definitely go by and check this place out.

Really great liquor store with a LOT of local spirits, beers, and ciders. Apparently it used to be a bank because downstairs has a really cool vault where the liquor is located.

Always nice and friendly. There's one younger black girl that works there she is so sweet. She wears eyelashes like I do she's always complimenting to me and my guy. I love her attitude the should keep her there as well as promote her.

Very good Bourbon selection. Reasonable prices. Very cool store, especially downstairs where they keep their Bourbon in a caged area that includes an old bank vault. I only gave this business a 2 star rating because both times I visited, the staff was entirely disengaged, unfriendly, and also attempted to overcharge me by 20% on a purchase of over $100. When I asked if the initial amount he charged me was correct, he attempted to try and make me feel as if him needing to cancel the transaction and start over correctly was an inconvenience. Not appropriate customer service, at all. Such a shame that a business with fair prices, great selection and really cool sales floor is totally ruined by a staff that makes me never want to visit the location again. To make it worse, I had the impression that one of the people providing such terrible service, was the owner.

The people are so friendly and helpful. I enjoyed seeing the vault
