Best liquor store in town. Wonderful staff

Jan 22, 2021
Very clean and a good varuety. The person at the drive thru had so much patience with people asking for one item at a time. She smiled and kept making sure I was okay waiting. Finally she opened the second cash register and scanned my in-store order while the people in the car were making up their minds. She deserves 5*. I don't shop myuch anymore, so I'm not sure about the prices, but service was great.

Decent selection. Wines, beer, liquor, mixers. Friendly staff. They close at 930 through the week

Have shopped here prior and came across a decent selection of bourbon. Live far away, so called with a couple specifics I was looking for. The lady on the phone was nice but not had no clue about the products they sell. I shared with her where they would be located if they did have to make it easier. I had 2 specific bottles I was in search of. As the young lady was saying them out loud, probably trying to get the other lady to acknowledge if she knew or not, the other lady screams “tell him my doors are open” as unprofessional as humanly possible. 1. I could see if I had 10 things I was looking for. 2. I told the lady exactly what I was looking for and where they are normally found. I went above to support someone who probably needs more training the other lady isn’t willing to give to locate 2 bottles. 3. I don’t live up the street. I am choosing to shop with you but want to confirm what I would drive 45 minutes there for was in stock...which I will no longer be willing to do going forward. I get “your doors are open” now, but if you treat all customers like that & someone is willing to bring a similar selection to Russellville, they may not be for long. Pro tip for the lady yelling in the background...if you don’t like retail work, don’t work retail.

Decent selection, ok prices, drive-thru or walk-in. Some employees are friendlier than others. Pretty good store, but short of great.
