What if I told you this liquor store is saving the planet and helping create manufacturing jobs in Edmonton, AB? There are two ice companies in Alberta. The American owned ice company with its ice factories in Calgary and the Alberta owned ice company with its ice factory in Acheson just on the outskirts of Edmonton. Liquor Island by choosing to go with the ice company in Edmonton, Columbia Ice, is helping create manufacturing jobs in Edmonton. The fact Columbia Ice's ice factory is closer means there is a lower carbon footprint on the delivery of that ice relative to the other option in Calgary. That means Liquor Island in a small way is helping save the planet. If that don't get you a 5 star review I don't know what will. If you need liquor, think Liquor Island! They are ROCKSTARS!!!

If you are looking for some good alcohol I highly suggest here, I always go here for my drinks and stuff and they are very helpful, the other day I was looking for a special type of wine for thr girl friend and eventually I was able to get help and find a good bottle and many other options for the nightz they have many options from wines from around the world to wisky, vodka, tequila, and many more, they carry a different kinds of beers around the store as well and they keep them very cold so you don't need to worry about a warm beer or drink, they also have expensive drinks if you are looking for something more higher, there is a lot of space for parking and the Staff is very friendly, I will always be going there for drinks and if you want good prices I highly recommend going there I find my wine to he much cheaper than what it'll be at a wine n beyond, sometimes I find better stuff thay other stores don't have in here which make it easier to deal with as is so much closer to my house and they always have great music playing

great service, went to pick up something for a friend's house warming and the girl at the front was super helpful. She assisted us and even gave suggestions of different wines. I would recommend!
