Just had terrible experience at this location. I noticed that sparkling wine price on receipt was different from the one listed at the shelf. The store attended checked the price and calculated the difference and returned me the flat difference only, not taking in account that originally taxes were calculated on the bigger number, so she should've returned more then just a difference between the price. She returned the money with a comment that it is only 44 cents difference, implying I should've not made a big deal about it. I said that I think the law says it should be free now, since they sold it at the wrong price. She started yelling at me and said I need to check the law better, and all they need is to return me the difference. She took all the receipts (original and never gave me the return one) and kept yelling until I left. Well, it's not about 44 cents (that actually should be more, if calculated correctly). It's about being wrong and rude instead of apologizing when caught on cheating on customers.

Nice staffs! Good prices. Easy parking!

Staff needs to be re-trained and learn AGLC regulations. Went in there with my 21 yo son and my 16 yo daughter. The rude cashier demanded ID from both my son and my daughter (who had no ID) and wouldn’t sell anything to us because she believed I was going to give my daughter alcohol. As the PARENT, it is MY choice if I share with her in the privacy of my own home. Management backed her up. Learn the laws and hire friendlier staff. Will not shop here!

I'm actually really happy with this location. Service has always been great. We used to go to great Canadian liquor superstore, but we found out that liquor depot will price match within reason.
