Staff are very kind and courteous. Selection could be improved and often find they are out of sale item's for long periods. Location is convient, pricing is not excessive and if you are flexible with not expecting to find what you want at times then its not a big deal.

New to the area so I went to this store a few days ago and it was terrible! Firstly, the stores clientele was sitting out front, drinking and harassing me for change as I was coming in - seems like that's who this store caters to which is surprising because they're in a lobby of a nice condo building. Secondly, their selection just isn't very good. The store itself looks is very small so they just have the basics. Don't expect any good wines or liquors that you could buy as a gift. Thirdly, I was looking for a particular product and aside from not knowing what it was (even though it's everywhere) the staff was quite misinformed and quite frankly spoke very little English. I hear there's another store on 6th Ave so I'll be going there.

When on the west end of downtown this store is the perfect place to pick up a brew or two, for the Bow River walk to Eau Claire. I highly recommend the Chinese Beer selection, best price and super cold. The guys behind the counter are cool and know where the best lunch deals are. Just ask.

Price creep is going to wreck this liquor store if they're not careful, it attracts all sorts of people but does have a problem with local back alley drinkers, but what liquor store doesn't, the store is like Fort Knox with dozens of HD camera's watching your every move so if you're uncomfortable having camera's literally everywhere stay away. At the moment they have a price advantage over most downtown liquor stores, if the price keeps going up my rating will go down. My rating has gone down.

I have given them so many chances and they keep disappointing me. I feel like they will solely survive as a business based on the homeless populations money. (they even pre-package beer in plastic bags ready for the homeless customers to come in). They randomly have MIX (soda, etc) for your liquor. They carry certain MAJOR liquor and beer brands sporadically. But what really did it was I purchased something there and realized that it had past its best before date 4 months ago. Didnt realize until I got home. I have been giving them so much weekly business and now I will be moving on to somewhere else. SUCH A LET DOWN! I really tried to give them multiple chances. Sorry guys! best of luck
