Absolutely worst company and terrible staff. Recently had an incident with a NEW staff member named Jeff - started calling me names in the store in front of another staff member Chris, gutless because I asked for a price match. The management of this store has NOT apologized and refuses the fire the new useless rude staff member of Asian decent. The prefer to sweep it under the table. We have been long time loyal customers of this store and I would recommend that NO ONE ever shop at this location or at the dishonest ACE liquor stores ever again. Wine Warehouse has better everyday prices that this chain! I do not condone rude and inappropriate customer service from any store and this person JEFF should be fired!!

I just want to give a shout out to the very professional young lady that assisted us in your establishment last night. We were looking for a nice wine for a dinner party and she was very knowledgeable and courteous in assisting us. The store is well stocked and very organized. I would highly recommend using this store with employees like that .

Very rude lady! We buy wine every weekend here and today this lady asked me for my ID and I provided it, asked me to remove my mask which I did but then she asked my husband’s ID as well but he left it in the car. Even though I was the only one paying with my OWN card and MY ID, she just decided not to sell it. Never coming back here again!

I go there after my shift and often times find that the clerk of the store closes it and heads home earlier than the store hours indicate that the store is to be closed. Yesterday was especially bad as I got to the store at around 9:45pm and saw that it was closed when the signs clearly indicate that the store must remain open and operational until 10pm. I understand it’s quarantine but that doesn’t mean that the store should close earlier than the posted time, either fix the posted time so people know when to get to the store by or stop closing early! This is unacceptable behaviour, I’ve since decided to take my business elsewhere due to this being a common occurrence. Would definitely recommend to find other stores near by and to not give this ace liquor your business.

Not sure if they are still open till 2AM, but that's a standout feature that not many other liquor stores have. Good selection of alcohol both in and out of the cooler. Prices are fair and popular brands go on sale frequently. Friendly customer service, would visit again.
