Staff is friendly however the owner was ignorant. My husband produced his Canadian military ID that he has used in this store since 2007with no problems. He was denied and told there by the owner that there is no more discount with Military ID. The owner said that he wasn’t doing discounts anymore because he believed he is the lowest in town and therefore doesn’t see why he should give a discount. I never asked for a discount but as a loyal customer saving a couple dollar would be a nice gesture On the owners behalf. I guess not ! So have being treated ignorantly I he will go to another store no more loyalty . Word of mouth works great!

Not a reflection on the staff , they are normally great . I have been using this place for the last 8 years . Always given a military discount. Never asked for it or expected it, but it was given the second they found out I was a 25 year veteran . Never met the owner until Saturday. When I politely asked why there was no discount he demanded that I provide proof that I was in the military. I showed him my ID card , he refused because I was in the British Army and not Canadian . Maybe the guy doesn't need the custom, I can live with that .Last dollar anybody in my extended Canadian family will be spending there .Most of my Canadian family are serving members of the Canadian army.

Great selection, most often I receive terrible service. Today I stood and waited for fifteen minutes while the woman finished a phone call. Left before she could ring my order in. There’s a fancy hold feature for those phones just FYI
