What a great atmosphere!!! Not only has this place produced some of spokane's finest spirits it also produces phenomenal canned cocktails. What would you say to a canned huckleberry lemonade? Yep, hey they've got it. Enjoy the eatery during your visit. The dishes are eclectic and intriguing. Grab your date or go alone, enjoy!!!

Visited this location for the first time for a “Make your own Gin class” and had a blast. Cost was $125 and well worth it! It included two drinks, apps , a tour, making your own group batch of Gin and going home with two full size bottles of the Gin you made. Staff was great and I cannot wait to go back and try more of the food!

Very cool distillation equipment for their whiskey and they offer a tour for everyone. The burger was high quality and tasted great, I just like large portions so that's why I gave 4 stars. The concept of the restaurant and liquor shop is very Pacific Northwestern for the locals to enjoy. I will have to try other dishes and go from there.

Excellent service and I really enjoyed my meal. My friend and I went to Dry Fly during restaurant week. I loved my blackened cod, but my friend found the gravy over her brisket to be too salty. I tried the Port Finish Wheat whiskey suggested by the bartender and I loved it.

Amazing. Had some great whiskeys, good range, all locally sourced grains and ingredients. We were able to get a tour from Sara and she was wonderful. Great personality and so much fun to be able to learn some of the history of the building and the distillery. We will definitely be coming back. Only had drinks, but everyone around us had food that made us wonder if we were hungry. Give it a try!
