I am a 48 year old. I went in this store with my 46 year old friend who was making a purchase for herself. I was along for the ride. The clerk asked us both for Id and I didn’t have mine on me. The clerk refused the sale because she thought I looked under 40 which is their policy when the AGLC law states 25. This is extreme. They lost our business. What happens to a 46 year old single mother with children when she needs to make a purchase? Does she just leave the kids in the car unattended? We will never be back. In fact, we went to Crown Liquor and my friend bought more alcohol than she was planning to purchase at this liquor store and it was cheaper! They never asked anyone for id because they are reasonable and we are clearly over 25. They are also a smaller local business.

They will ID you no matter your age so bring your ID. Some deals can be found. All their local beers are expensive. Friendly service still. I understand they are in a high risk area, but they do not need to have such a high standard of IDing people when AGLC says if you look 25 or under, that's when you check. 40 and under is paranoia.

Was my first time visiting this location and very happy to say it won't be the last. Very helpful and friendly staff who were more than willing to provide a stellar customer service experience. Although not as extensive a selection as other locations, very well worth the visit!

Won't be going there again. They treat it more like a prison then a business that wants to make money.

Absolutely disgusting the way the staff treat customers I whent to this store asking for a specific product I was told they were out of stock but they do carry it .. I was told to check back on order day sence then I've been back about four maybe five times an today I asked the guy working at the till if they had it he laughs at me an says "no I didn't feel like ordering it" .. then he proceeded to tell me if I'm going. To continue "harrassing" the staff that I will no longer be welcome in that store I got a lil defensive because I was caught off guard by his comment I did not know asking a employee about a product in there store, an then holding them accountable for what I was told was considered harassment.. anyways I will not be back an will no longer support liquor depot at any of its locations .. plenty of other places to shop
