Fantastic service!! I was greeted at the door and asked for my ID.. It's nice that they're taking safety seriously.. The staff here are friendly,, helpful,, and knowledgeable.. They have a growler bar where you can sit down and taste some of the beers on tap.. I felt very welcomed and taken care of.. A few people came into the store as I was trying some of the beers and they were greeted and helped just the same as I was,, yet I wasn't forgotten.. All of my questions and inquiries were still addressed.. I'm very impressed with how the staff were able to juggle all of us and keep us all happy.. If I could give this location more than 5 stars I would..

This location often has tastings of various products and staff are very eager to provide them. Today I went to refill an howler with a beer I tasted the day before. The person serving me made pleasant conversation with me and offered tastes of other beers. My experience the day before was not as nice. After tasting a whiskey and some beer I asked to buy a howler of one beer. The manager said, "I'll get that" and walked away to serve another customer. I told the other staff what I wanted, she got the bottle down then walked away to the till. I bought my wine, mentioned my confusion, to which they both quoted something about policy and started listing excuses. Since I was going to an appointment I just left.

Looking for wine for my wife. Saw an associate cleaning the glass doors of the beer fridges, and asked her if she could help me. Asked her if there was any other wine left in the back as the counter was empty. She couldn't even be bothered to turn around and answer me like a customer. Simply kept cleaning and said no. Simply not acceptable. Spoke to the other associate (Teresa) and was actually given proper service. So big thumbs up to Teresa but shame to the other associate.

If you want to be treated like a criminal before you so much as set foot inside the store, be sure to visit this place. The door was locked by 7pm (which I am told is part of their theft prevention process). When someone finally looked up to let me in, she wouldn't let me over the threshold until she saw my ID. I am clearly over 30. I had stand outside in -20 degree weather, peel my gloves off and dig through my purse to find my ID. When I finally managed to get my wallet, the girl demanded I take the card out so she could grab it and scrutinize it and me way longer than was needed. And when I asked if I could finally come inside, the girl gave me attitude - really superbe customer service. If you want better service, and much better prices to boot, you'd be better off at ACE Liquor across the street. I won't be back here.

Very very rude staff. I'm 34, clearly a grown man. I was followed through the store and forced to show my ID while I was trying to select my choices. I found it very unprofessional to not allow me to at least approach the till first. The girl working was super impolite about it. I smiled, said OK, showed my ID, understanding its the law. She barely even looked and walked away. When I went to pay she was still unfriendly. I felt totally unwelcome. So I'll be sure to take my business elsewhere.
