I visited the windermere one for the first time and it was a nice shopping experience. They offer good range of liquor. There's section for item on sale and you get good wines often in sale. Also, the products are nicely categoriezed and the transition from beer to hard liquor is a good experience. You also have a walk in cooler, where the beers are stored. The staff is helpful and are attentive. Overall a good experience buying from this place. Do try, but surely be mindful to carry your ID to be produced if required.

Terrible experience at Wine and Beyond in Windermere today. We were looking for a specific type of wine. We asked at the South Gate location and they indicated that in their system it showed that the Windermere location had 6 bottles remaining. We then drove across to the other location. I searched a bit (with noone asking if I needed help) before going to the customer service desk and asking for help. The man working at the customer service desk literally snapped back at me after I politely asked for the certain type of wine “no we don’t”. I replied stating that the other location had told me they did and he rolled his eyes and said “NO”. I was completely offended by the way he spoke to me, embarrassed by the judgement he was passing at my wine request, and offended that he REFUSED to search it up in the system even though the other store told me they had it. It was a complete waste of my day to drive across to the Windermere location. They were rude, unprofessional , and the most unhelpful staff I’ve ever come across in a retail atmosphere. Obviously they do not keep their inventory up to date either.

Refuse service because one person in group did not have ID that person left and went home we returned to the store 15 minutes later. Was refuse service again by Keith claiming AGLC cannot serve us over and over. Came back alone again and he would not serve me claiming that I was still with my group and it was breaking the law. 2bottles of don Julio we can't get because man is a hater.

It is a big store and they have a lot of selection. I have gotten to know some of the staff and they are friendly and knowledgeable. They do seem to have issues with an odd amount of thefts there and it can be scary for the workers. Hopefully the company can attend to that. ;)

Good selection. Quicker than wine and beyond next door. (usually leave that place with more than I wanted)
