"We were nice to you!" was her debate, they think they are doing us a favor I guess...lol 42 other stores in Fort, customer service, a thing of the past. Sad establishment riding on convenience. Zero ethical business sense. The owner should pay closer attention. They sell expired mix and don't reimburse for it. Ruined my evening, no remorse whatsoever they just get bitchier!!! Drive a block further and watch him clear out😉

New management sure made a difference! I gotta say! The staff are fast and efficient, I got to buy a bunch of new products which is awesome! And the prices are pretty good .

I see a friendly staff, super helpful, showing me new products, and seems like the prices are better, I like this location ! It's my go to place to find anything I usually require.

Terrible customer service very rude people working there the manager needs to get replaced as well as a few of the employee's They wouldn't let my service dog in and the staff there close 10 minutes early, its 10 minutes until one and the doors are already locked and they refuse to make a sale or even unlock the doors they just shake there heads and mouth the words "we're closed". Terrible service terrible people working there, only staff member i recommend there is an english fella named Robin hes very friendly and helpful, he is the only reason i've gone back to that store. also the law states that A building owner generally cannot ask a person to remove his service animal from the premises unless (a) the dog is out of control and the disabled person does not take effective action to control it, or (b) the dog is not housebroken. [12] A building owner can exclude service animals from all or part of a building if the owner has legitimate safety concerns. For example, a hospital cannot exclude service animals in waiting rooms, but the hospital can exclude them from operating rooms or burn units. [13] In a school dormitory, the school can restrict service animals from entering certain areas reserved for students with allergies. i can smell the lawyer already.

Very rude employee. I tried to be nice and make small talk and she didn't want any of it. If you hate your job that much sweetheart then quit.
