I’m tired of being snipped at when I interrupt their smoke/vape breaks. I feel like such a nuisance when I shop there. I can’t ask for help on a product without getting a snippy remark. I’ve noticed other customers get nicer treatment (if the staff like them). The manager is the worst for it so the staff follow suit. The store is absolutely dusty and you can’t even buy a bottle of wine without your hand getting dirty. I have filed a complaint before and nothing was done. I won’t shop here or suggest this store to a friend either. Which is a shame, because they have some decent prices and deals. I might come back if the old manger got her job back, but it’s unlikely.
