I have not been to this location on 1st avenue in Spruce Grove yet but I will definitely be going back after todays experience! Andrea & Xander truly know what amazing customer service is! They were both beyond helpful, cheerful and pleasant to encounter. I do not typically give reviews but I felt compelled to because of the experience I had today. You do not see a lot of this kind of excellent service sadly enough these days. 5 stars all day long!

Supposedly a "discounted" liquor store. Everything there is at least 2.50 or more compared to other liquor stores in town. Get rid of your "discounted" sign

Really bad customer service and communication. We bought a gift card from Solo and within 2 months, they were bankrupt and would no longer accept the card or make any sort of compromise to rectify the problem. Now we are out $80. Definitely won't be supporting Solo Liquor or anything affiliated with them

Everytime you walk in to buy something. They don't have items in stock. Lowest price is a hoax, Shelf labels prices don't include. Gst and deposit. Where's customer service, they don't ask you if you need help with anything.
