To start I’ve never posted a review like this however what I experienced today was stupid. Went in with my parents and best friend to buy alcohol for a trip. Every one who went was over 20. I have been to this location many times and only been ID’d once. When my friend and i got to the till the lady at the counter who had a tattoo on her arm and had dark brown/black hair refused to serve us bc my friend didn’t have her ID with her (understandable) and said we could come buy it later when my friend had her ID with her. I told her I’ll go somewhere else bc i live in the country and its a waste of gas to drive all the way back just for alcohol when i could go somewhere closer to my house. I told my parents she refused and my dad went in with me to talk to her and ask why. She started yelling the minute we got back into the store saying I couldn’t buy alcohol bc I’d give it to my friend (that alcohol was for me) and that it was Alberta law. When we would try to ask questions all she would say is its Alberta law and she couldn’t sell it to me. She was absolutely rude from the minute my friend and I walked to the till to when my dad and i left. Even when my dad said we were with them she said they should have refused them to and that it was Alberta law. I will never shop at this location ever again nor will my family. I get that its law but this would have been a perfect opportunity to educate my father and I.

The staff is very friendly& helpful. Unfortunately there is only one till open most of the time & the line ups get quite long. Their staff is very efficient when It come to that 1 employee on till & get through the line up fast. They have a Great selection of wines, beer, craft beers and coolers at fantastic prices! One negative is the lack 6packs of cooler. It would be nice to have more variety of 6packs of coolers in the fridge. Very little space is dedicated to coolers in the fridge. It Would be nice to see 6Packs of American Vintage and more than just the Peach Hey Ya'll in a 6pack.

My husband and I tried to stop in yesterday evening around 8pm and realized that you were already closed. One of the employees came out, didn't greet us but just pointed at the hours and said "closed". It came off extremely rude, not to mention that a liquor store closing at 8pm seems pretty early.
