Called to see if they had a very specific wine that I needed for a gift. The guy that answered the phone didn't even look and just said no. I called two other places that were kind enough to help me and both told me this store had 10 in stock. So I went and sure enough it was there. I let the lady know at the till that I was told they didn't have it and it was just met with a flat "oh" nothing else, no apologies. I won't be supporting this place again.

This place is massive, extremely large store , with a whole lot of selection, I find things I've never knew existed, my Aunty comes from out of town just to buy specific drinks she can't find anywhhe at any other liquor store locations

They had what we wanted but like their other location store was clean but almost empty on the eve of a long weekend.this store bolster being a discounter but a door buster and a couple sale prices hardly justify to be called discounter.

My go to place, all the people complaining about the masks like come on just wear one. if you don't have one just ask for one. Huge variety and good prices. Lots of specials. Used to smell bad in there but they have fixed that issue in the past year

The prices are good, but the staff is incompetent. Called Friday to ask if they had Entrapment. Was told, quite hastily, that they did not. Went in on Saturday and there was one in the case. Asked the clerk if they had any more. Was told “no”. So I told him to check in the cabinet next to the case and, surprise surprise, there was more in there. Their not giving a f#ck could’ve cost them a $400 sale. The manager should be embarrassed.
