Great whiskey and knowledge. Being a newbie (1 year) to drinking whiskey I really wanted to go here while at Pike Place (which this is just right down the street). We came here after lunch, as they are only open until 6pm. We did the whiskey flight, got some education, and ended up buying a bottle and some merch. Good news is if you get a flight, then buy a bottle, the flight ($20) is free!

My husband & I visited back in September and ordered two flights so we could taste nearly everything offered. We enjoyed the tasting and left with a bottle of the plum gin which is fantastic! I’ve never really drank gin before but I really enjoyed the flavor. The bartender who served us was highly informed of the operations and distillery process.

Very nice tasting bar with a beautifully decorated interior and amazing options for drinks! The Plum gin was my favourite for a sweet sipper or mixer, the Northwest Small Batch gin for a smooth classic, and the Northwest Cask gin for a spiced flavour that tastes like Christmas! The 043 Release Peated Cask was the perfect whiskey for a scotch lover! Awesome atmosphere, knowledgeable staff and cool merch! Only thing I wish is that I would have bought one of their specially made Glencairn/Rocks hybrid glass!!

Good & easy to access place to experience american single malt whiskey in near tour area. And also admirable taste as well.

Ran into this newer (2013) distillery while traveling and was incredibly impressed with the quality of thier work on Whiskey and Gin. So impressed that we ordered bottles to have shipped home. If you're liquor shopping, you MUST look for it, they ship to over 30 of the states. Some that you may not find though unless you are on their site....Whiskey 42 which has a great Scotch feel, as it's peated and full of spice with nice fruit and floral notes was great! The Gin aged in Bourbon barrels is amazing and was an ABSOLUTE must for our collection, the server mentioned it with a cocktail but I wouldn't dare do anything other than a little water or shaken over ice.
