I waited two hours before my order was canceled and since I was entertaining this afternoon, I would have appreciated a phone call asking if I would like to pick the order up after the first hour of waiting. A note of refund did not help me, nor did getting the note after my guests had arrived. Communication is key and many businesses seem to understand this better than this company. Response: You seem to have missed my point. Of course you can't make the order "for pick up", I wouldn't expect you to. I would, however, expect a phone call so that I could do that myself, and a lot sooner than after 2 hours passed.

Could be a 5 star with better selection and more educated staff. Staff are perfectly friendly and helpful but have little training on product. Often close quite early ( 10-15 min ) I get it people wanna go home but just shorten your hours so people know, it makes a difference.

New ownership has greatly improved the shop and added a greater selection to their inventory. Staff and owner were very helpful in providing all the liquor for my brother's engagement on time and all that was needed. Would highly recommend to people needing a large order for a party as well

Pretty decent selection of beer, coolers, and liquor. Staff is friendly and helpful. Pricing is ok as well. It's not a huge store, but i like the layout. The way things are displayed makes everything very easy to find. The location is right at the far east part of columbia street where the shops end, so it's quite close to pier park (where you can drink now apparently). I can get there and back within 10 minutes, which is great for me. It's further away from some of the sketchier areas of new west, so that is a plus. The only hard thing to deal with is the parking, but even if you do have to park on that side of the street, there's actually a legal u-turn spot not far up ahead, so you can turn around on columbia to go west if you need to (just watch for the road sign)

Visited the store, amazing staff, they are very friendly. The new management has really improved the variety of products. Overall an incredible experience!
