I called ahead for Bols banana liqueur (to make Chocolate Monkeys: vanilla ice-cream, banana liqueur and Kahlua - I add pineapple juice, too). They have been out of stock since their warehouse strike. They had 5 bottles in stock when I phoned, and their website said 9 bottles. Buddy was kind enough to offer to put one aside for me. When I got their an hour later, the shelf was empty and my bottle was indeed behind the counter at Customer Service, with my name on it. Thank you BCLIQUOR! This store is very well stocked, clean and well laid out. The staff is courteous, friendly and helpful - my favourite liquor store (at Bute snd Davie in Vancouver's scenic, busy and safe west end).

Very quick efficient service, very respectful staff, if curious about certain items whether on floor or not, the staff will look up in system for customers.
