Super nice customer service. Employees are proactive and not shy to give recommendations. Never too crowded either. Was recommended to grab these 2 craft beer and they're great!

It's a pity BC Liquor Store doesn't ship bottles between stores. I visited this location a few times for bottles I couldn't find in the store near me. Good thing it's conveniently located within walking distance from the skytrain station. The store is not big, so the selection is limited. Staff is very friendly.

Went here to exchange a bottle of wine thats lip had cracked while attempting to open it. The Cashier told me no problem and to go get a new one - when I returned to the till i was then berated by the store manager telling me that the bottle of wine would have been perfectly drinkable once the cork was out and that he was only honoring it because the teller already told me she would exchange it. I told him that I didn't feel it was safe or right to be expected to serve wine from a broken bottle. He then proceeded to be condescending and rude. Even though I live and work in the area - I will never be buying from here again.

I’ve had to use cash for the past week because of problems with my debit card. I was treated like a leper in this store. The horribly rude cashier rolled her eyes when I got my cash out, and proceeded to very slowly put on gloves and finish the transaction. As I was leaving, she turned off her light and I heard her say to the next customer: “Sorry, I have to sanitize my station, that guy just had ID’s and cash all over my work station.” I understand not wanting to take cash, and wanting to sanitize my work station. I fail to understand the part of the job where you make customers feel like garbage. I work in customer service, and find the performance here utterly disgusting. Will not go back.

The employees are very friendly. Their selection of beer is ok but there is limited space in the refrigerated section filled mostly with typical domestic beer brands leaving the craft beer out to suffer in the warmth.
