One of the smaller outlets but they have everything I'm looking for on a usual shop and the staff are THE BEST. Consistently they will ask if they can help me find something and ask if I found everything I wanted and offer to carry my purchases out to my car. What more can you ask for? Ok maybe a loyalty program. Just kidding.

BC Liquor Store is your typical government agency, the only detracting is the fact that they don't propagate a culture of higher-end wine tasting. Other than that the staff is great and I would recommend it highly.
