Great staff. Helpful, friendly and not afraid to make suggestions for going outside your comfort zone. Kind of like Amazon's you might like this, but by real people. What ever happened to service like that?

I really like their app. It helps me find 4* wines at value prices and where they can be found. It would be nice if the app would notify you when either the item is in stock again at your local store or when it is on sale

Customer service was not good. The lady at the till made me feel that I was bothering them by going in the store

Nice and clean and organized but service at the till has poor attitudes.
