I just had an amazing customer service experience and wanted to share how impressed I was with our Nelson, BC Liquor store branch. Customer service often seems to be a thing of the past these days, but I was reminded of how much of a good feeling it can leave you with when someone goes out of their way to make your shopping experience exceptional. I'll definitely keep shopping here and recommend this location to my friends. Keep up the good work!

Best prices in town, limited variety government operated provides limited availability on product lines. If they dont have it ask.

I love the staff here, super friendly and engaging, always willing to answer any questions, they make every visit enjoyable. Good selection, prices are as cheap as they can be. Not a lot of selection for cold beer but they have a cooler or two if you really need something right away.

Great liquor store. Granted I'd be in here even if the floor was made of lava and the staff were Hyenas. The staff is very helpful - for reasons I wont discuss I was buying like 12 flats of beer one time and a very nice lady came right up with a dolly for me - no questions asked.
