The Store Manager "Gina" is a tyrant, just an awful person. You see her constantly disrespectful towards staff and is just one of those micro managing toxic people. I had come there to do a refund with my uncle and she told me to go to the store I bought the items from, I have never had that issue before with any store like bro, what the heck? You feel so uneasy shopping in that store because the staff are on edge and you can see her just glaring. I went to the Peninsula Village one instead and they were nice there, their manager David was super kind and helped us out.

The staff here are awesome! I forgot to grab her name last time I was there, she always helps me find "Forager" gluten-free beer, definitely really helpful. One time they had run out and she tracked some down for me, also having them hold on to it. I definitely appreciate this location and the staff here.

Very nice liquor store with many different kinds of wines and alcoholic beverage. Also this is a big one with many promotions I could save lots money. I feel so happy that I have only visit once, a store worker can remember me and give me lots of help in details. I have visited again for gifting, and the same mercy person help me again, given lots of drinking details about the wine I purchased. What an warm-hearted place to go for a drink. Strongly recommend if you want some drinks in local or gifting.

The selection is limited to BC government approved products. Popular items such as Queen Anne scotch and Okanagan Spring porter are removed from the shelves at random and never reappear.
