The new remodel looks amazing! I can't wait to see what is next! the owner has done an amazing job bringing this place back to life, she goes above and beyond in customer service. if you can't find what your looking for she will go out of her way to try and find the item and quick! she has a great selection and is even adding new things every week. 5 stars!

A good friend of mine just moved to Gig Harbor. I live in Boston and wanted to biy a bottle of Champagne as a house warming present. There were two options: Safeway or a local business. Purdy. But Purdy would not let me buy him the champagne as they would not take my credit card over the phone. What? When is the last time you had a business not take a credit card over the phone? I am trying to give a local business an opportunity to greet a newcomer to their community and thus a new customer and they cannot help me welcome them? This speaks very poorly of community spirit

I have been a long time customer, and don't generally write negative reviews. I will in this case. The. Employee at the store was not wearing a mask and became hostile when I asked about it. She even threatened to call the police. I left. I will call the owner tomorrow, and based on that conversation may redo my review. Update, I called to speak with Laura, I was told she was unavailable, my review stands.

Great customer service and family owned, reasonably priced considering the location, tax included in the price so you're not guessing the total, nice layout, and never a line.

The owner is very friendly with a great selection. Anytime there is something I'm looking for she goes above and beyond to come up with it. I highly recommend this store!
