A new staff at the front desk, very rude and condescending. There are lots of other choices in Vernon. Challenge to management remove or retrain staff. The prices are creeping higher than competitors and selection decreasing. You.have lots of work to do!

It's certainly not my go to liquor store, they're selection is very limited and prices are rather high for items sold cheaper else where. I personally would not reccomend this liquor store due to selection, but if your in a pinch it's great.

Excellent staff very friendly and give special gifts to loyal customers sometimes makes it worth while for sure.

The largest yet worst liquor store in Vernon. The previous owners made an effort to carry a wide variety of specialty beers. Now, with 10,000 square feet they churn out nothing but garbage beer from macro brewers. If you like Molson, Budweiser and Coors, this is your place. If you like anything with a little more flavor, you won't find it here. There are plenty of liquor stores with 1/10 as much space that have 10 times more quality products than this poor excuse for a liquor store. If you can, shop anywhere but here. One star is too many.

Went in a couple months ago, got charged twice as the debit machine froze. Got a receipt from the 2nd time and when I seen on my banking I had been charged twice, went into the store.and talked to the manager who said I had to send an email to get a refund. Sent in pictures of receipt and screenshots of my bank showing double charge. Never heard back and have attempted 3 times to email and get a response. Its been 3 months!! No help whatsoever or care that they double charged. I provided everything they would need to provide a simple refund for a double charge. So be careful as they dont do refunds even if it was their debit machine that froze!
