It’s too bad this place isn’t very customer oriented… I was only greeted in the store by one worker; a beautiful young lady who looked to be in her 20’s with longer black hair. She helped me with some wine selections, she was giving me some excellent product knowledge. Then I asked for some help choosing some products that she said she wasn’t as confident in helping me with. She stated she would grab her product consultant to aid me with my other selections. I witnessed the product consultant, 400 pound man sitting at customer service ignore her. He wasn’t busy or helping anyone else or anything. I watched her wait 5 minutes for him to give her the time of day. She then came back to us and apologized for his unmotivated desire to help us. I felt so bad for her, to be ignored. You could tell she really wanted to help us. We decided to go somewhere else where people were more willing to help.

The lady working at the till with dark hair & pink makeup & nails needs customer service training. Wasn’t even greeted she just yelled “ID “ at me and that’s the only thing she said. Kindness & a smile goes a longggggggg way.

False advertising and poor customer service I bought a case of alcohol yesterday because it was sale. When I went back home, I realized that they charged me for the original price with no discount, so I had to go back to the store again today for the price adjustment. When I went back to the store, the price tag that I saw yesterday (with the sale price) was still displayed in the store. However, I asked a young male staff who was wearing glasses and he said that it was an "old price tag" without providing any solution. What kind of a store would put the wrong price tag for at least two days consecutively without even noticing it? We could only return it because the staff member didn't bother to offer the discount, even though we had to come back to the store again. I feel very disappointed and annoyed by how they treat their customers. I will definitely not come back.
