The Staff has greatly improved since I first began shopping there 5 years ago. Used to be run by adolescents with bad attitudes and needing to prove something (in my opinion). But the staff has certainly evolved over the last few years (been replaced) and this group of helpful people are not the disrespectful kids that I initially provided the occasional attitude adjustments, free of charge. Lol *Huge selection and helpful staff. ***Tell them your phone number when you cash out and earns you points that you can use to pay for your beer and wine etc. Great business practice no doubt! Cheers!

Rude and unprofessional. A fish rots from the head down. The staffs behaviour and attitude stems directly from the owners policies and hiring practices. This baffling arrogance has lost him yet another customer, me. Good-bye to bad rubbish.

Pretty impressed by their inventory!! They have wines, even"everything wine" just has occasionally...!!! They also have *all sorts* of Jack Daniels, Malibu, captain Morgan etc. You can get there Jagermeister and Schnapps as well! Love this place!

Rude staff. Pick and choose who they want to use the two piece Edit: I’ve came to this location on more than one occasion and never had an issue with my Id. So I guess you have some staff who don’t follow those rules you just stated, and if verbally harassing your staff is telling them they all should be following the same rules saying, I shouldn’t be allowed to be buy liquor one time and be harassed the other and they should all follow the same guildlines that’s all I said. I did gladly go to another liquor store where they were happy to help, thanks. I’m sure if you look at your camera you’ll see me being served with no issue before this occurrence.

Walked in with backpack/purse. Was asked to leave my backpack/purse at counter. I said I wasn’t comfortable with that I could secure it properly on my back while shopping. She persisted that I couldn’t, owners policy. I left to shop elsewhere. There were 3 people up front doing nothing. I would not be writing this if one of them asked me if they could pick up what I wanted to buy. I live 1 km away, have shopped here many times over last 7 years.
