ATM machine constantly down. However, the staff is friendly and usually kind. ***Editor correction: this is a brand new government liquor store ..you know what they say a;bout the 'hood & church on every corner w/liquor store, but this is West Coast, so Yoga shop next store seems more modern/de rigueur/apropos...anyway, basic facts of review remain....*****Since the move to the new building in the highrise, catty-corner to the older, currently abandoned building, there has been service reduction, less product selection, and a change in management which makes me appreciate the family who used to run this building and live there, and of course Willoughby Glass & Vape shop no longer is accessible, though congrats to the proprietors have grown & rent in Smart Centres Langley now with the new shop HOOTZ, who as you can see are rated very highly and are my go-to smoking accessories/vape/glass shop 👍 - Perhaps the new proprietors will grow and become more comfortable as they conform to this rapidly -gentrifying new neighborhood. I'll revise this review as things progress. Peace and whinnies 🐎- MM

Way overpriced. Wayover priced. Wayover priced. Couple old grannies they’re trying to make a dollar. This place is so overpriced you wouldn’t believe it you’re paying an extra five bucks for an eight pack of Phillips you would anywhere else not to mention domestics it’s a joke. These people mortgage their houses manage to get the license to open a cold beer and wine store and are overcharging people like crazy to pay back a debt. For terrible service poor selection and four packs busted up in the singles so they can make an extra buck. Screw it! For their points you’re better off buying somewhere else where you can pay less with no points and your still ahead of the game. Not a favorite awkward to get in and out of. Let me know when they have an upcoming bake sale for their local church.

I had merely 2 items on my order, and somehow they managed to mess it up. When I went back to collect it they didn't even bother to apologize. Update: The shop owner contacted me. They apologized, but soon after, when I declined to change my review, they threatened to contact my employer. If you read the text on the screenshot you'll see "Have a wonderful day" at the bottom. Which in Canadian discourse means: "You better watch out". Real classy
