Great selection, they had wines that I couldn't find in other stores.

Excellent customer service!! The staff are very friendly and the environment is super positive. I never was super selective on where I go but after the service and treatment I received from all the staff that exceeded my expectations, I don’t think I can ever go anywhere else. As a nurse with a focus on client-centred care and extensive background in customer service while I was a student, I notice great service when I see It and I think It deserves to be acknowledged. The clerk I dealt with, Laurie, was a sweetheart I didn’t catch her name at the time but called back to grab It because I think she deserves to be acknowledged for being so caring and creating an experience that led me to leave the store happy. The manager Corey was great too. All the staff were very positive and a pleasure to deal with. I look forward to going back to this location from now on and having great experiences in a very positive environment thanks to all the wonderful staff at this location.

Large signature liquor store. Recently installed chill zone. Slowly expanding craft beer selection. Would like to see more bombers in Cold zone for convenience instead of single cans.

The customer service at this liquor store is impeccable. My friend & I had put 2 6-packs on hold at 7pm and the staff held it until we arrived 5 minutes before closing with no hassle and no problems. The staff were super friendly and understanding and even took the extra step to tell us about the product and how popular they were. Even though the product was sold out, they still held it for us. 10/10 customer service.

BC Liquor Store, Pitt Meadows, December 10, noon, my mother in law and I were in the store. My mother in law uses a cane because of her disability and required a washroom while we were shopping...when we asked if she can use the washroom, the staff replied no, we do not have public washrooms and the nearest one was Tim Hortons. I advised the staff person that my mother in law uses a cane and I will not be able to get her to the Tim Hortons in time; the staff person asked management, he did not look up and just nodded no. I find this service completely rude for people with disabilities and there are no exceptions to their rule. I hope that this manager will experience an episode where he needs to use the washroom and is denied because of idiocy. I will think twice before I enter this liquor store again.
