The employees provide excellent service are always cordial and considerate to me. Unfortunately, I witnessed an employee degrading a homeless individual regarding his hygiene and making fun of his soiled pants. I don't believe this is how the company wants to portray itself. This was an in humane act and completely unprofessional. Even if this individual intended to steal the situation could have been handled much differently. No one , no matter what should ever be stripped of their dignity in such a way. It was heartbreaking to witness.

There is one Caucasian Male worker there who needs a refresher on customer service. I said the product couldn't be sold after it was already grabbed because of some cooler issue. the issue wasn't the product,... the product was perfectly fine. The Freezer itself was the problem. they decided to laugh condescendingly. Unprofessional.

No prices on their singles, was told they don't have the labels.. When I asked for help they said the only way to check would be to go to the till and they had a very long line. Really felt the girl didn't would rather stock shelves then help.

The guy who owns the parent company is a complete scumbag. Todd Abernathy and Gondola Holdings are predatory at best, criminal at worst. The store is nice and well organized. The staff and manager are very helpful and kind. It's so unfortunate that they have to work under such reprehensible and frankly morally bankrupt owners.

The staff here are so incredibly kind, polite and helpful! They offer great drink suggestions and always hold the door for me on the way out when my hands are full. Great prices and cold selection too! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
