Solid selection of craft beer and wine but ridiculously priced, I guess its the Edgemont convenience tax. Up to 50% more expensive than BCL,understanding BCL has a higher purchasing power but other private liquor stores charge maybe 20% on top. Also the tip option on the payment machine is just comical...thanks for greeting me and scanning through my overpriced purchases...I.E.your job!

First class, top notch expierence. Great local store with scotches you cannot find anywhere

I used to love this place. Even right when they first moved, they were even better. But the last time I was there, right before Christmas, I was unhappy with the secretly increased prices of the things I bought. I bought a 4 pack of craft beer and a 4 pack of cider and they both rung up at $5 more than the shelf price. That was $10 more combined. I was in a rush and didn’t even notice until I left the store. I didn’t bother going back to ask about it since it happened to both items so likely it wasn’t a mistake. I can’t shop there with confidence anymore as I just don’t trust the prices. Also, the beer I bought, which totalled to $20, I can get for $13 at BC Liquor so really no reason for me to buy from Mountainside.

It's a rip off. They put an extra $5 on a 4 pack of beer. Just because it's edgemont

Store has good selection of beer but holy is it an absolute ripoff. 4 packs of local craft IPA’s are easily 4-6 dollars more here than any other liquor store I’ve been to.
