Noticed one of the employees, a woman…greeted the white customers behind us in a friendly manner but did not greet us. The teller was also not friendly. No greeting. Etc. Another employee was using a trolley to move product. I moved aside and said, go ahead to allow him easy passage. He did not even say thank you. Probably all racist.

Was in your Westbank store earlier today. A Huge Bravo to employee Danny who was stocking shelves. Noticed was limping and in some pain. Shared due to a work related fall back home in Vancouver Proper. Danny was very friendly and an excellent Representative of your W. Kelowna location. Only got better, after completing my purchase, without prompting, he carried the 2-4 of Molson Canadian Beer to my vehicle. Kudos!!!!

This is not my usual liquor store but I Stopped in here yesterday as it was convenient for me at the time. I am super outgoing and always speak to everyone (which can be weird to some). 2 girls at the cooler were super outgoing and knowledgeable and found me exactly what I was looking for. With so many options to choose from, I was having a hard time finding something that suited my taste buds. The girls asked all the right questions and I ended up with a new fav bevy! Also, the cashier …like wow. Amazing. Thanks for the great experience ladies!

10 customers in line. One till open. 2 staff at customer service gabbing away, but wouldn’t help any customers.

Picked up some liquor here the other day. Doing a little restocking for the cabinet. The store had a good selection and found what I was looking for. Did notice that it had a very large wine offering and good selection of other spirits. Staff was helpful and very friendly. Knowledgeable in wine selection and location of wines. Enjoyed my experience here and will stop in again.
