Ked was very helpful, knowledgeable and professional in his dealings with me. I was looking for a type of wine that would suit my tastes and he recommended an excellent one. I asked for help out to my car and he courteously obliged, as well. Excellent service! The reason I didn’t give a 5 star rating is because they no longer allow dogs in the store. It used to be such a delight to see my dog get all excited in anticipation to know he was going to get a treat (he even knew where the treats were kept). A lot of customers loved having a little “cheer me up” visit with him, and he’s never caused any kind of troubles. Why do they take away these small enjoyments for people? It’s sad. Hopefully they will reconsider allowing a little happiness back and reverse this rule. We could all use a little smile in our current world these days. Thank you Ked for your kindness! :) Your type of excellent service is becoming a lost art.

Liquor prices in BC are ridiculous. They tax the hell out of and then put another 15% sales tax in top of it. The question is what do you get for all those taxes? Health care system is in crisis, the government's own distribution, and they don't have a snow removal plan, again government's own description. They have a housing crisis, and they haven't changed the roads in 40 years so traffic has two states, backed up and not as backed up. Emissions are terrible because everyone is sitting around idling. Oh, but they have bike lanes!

My girlfriend and I were in the store while Zach and Daniel were dealing with an agitated woman not following store policy. Both were very professional and handled the situation better than most. No one should be treated like they were during these hard times. Good work gentleman.

There were less staff than required working so a quick trip to get some wine and beer took 30 minutes from arrival to walking out.
