At first glance it’s a good liquor store with great selection of rare and craft beers and wine. Lots of local and nicer drinks here. Friendly staff and clean. Then you look closer and see there’s a tinge of condescension in the staff’s attitude. Which is unfounded because of the character of the staff members and their choices of profession. I took away two stars for poor quality of staff and it’s really just a hole in the wall liquor store nothing fancy.

Great staff super friendly! Craft beer selection is very good considering the size of the store. They have new stuff every time I go year, it's awesome!

It's a convenient location, and the people who work there are great. But lately all the product has changed/been shifted around, or been cut altogether. Where's all the Steel and Oak selections, for example? I don't understand. Beautiful market location, though. Maybe the demographic has changed since the new buildings went up? New mgmt? Good wine selection, still. But we like our craft beer choices.... at least, I do. Ah, well.

Amazing customer service ..Jess rocks and runs the ship well as do all the fantastic staff .. even had a taxi called from the store as my phone was dead to get to Yvr once .. Great store for getting a cold beer to go for a walk down at the docks as I have done so on and off for some 20 yrs ...If something is not in .. ask . 😉🍷🍾

New male cashier at the beer and wine store told cab driver to pick me up at the hotel; oh my god what the heck !! Thank god I paid attention to his conversation and watched the cab go the hotel!!! Harbour Wine and Spirits have horrible customer service! particularly with male staff!! Don't ever go there!!
