Would give zero if I could. I went in around 10:40pm on January 6th and was denied to buy alcohol by the lady who seems to get off on being a Karen. She looked at my two pieces of official government ID and since my drivers license expired literally a month ago she said she couldn’t sell me the alcohol. Which is not true and she would know that if she actually had her serving it right. Also she let my boyfriend buy me the alcohol which makes zero sense. If you thought I was a “minor” why would you allow someone to buy me alcohol? Clearly she would rather embarrass a returning customer and be a Karen instead of actually knowing the rules of serving alcohol. And to the owner, I highly suggest you get better employees that actually know the rules and don’t turn down paying customers! :)

ID refused for being expired, when serving it right and bc law both state you can use expired ID along as it proves age for alcohol purchases. Less than a month expired and waiting for the new card lol Edit!: this seems to be a running theme with the same employee! I suggest she actually gets trained in serving it right if she's in the store alone

Most disrespectful treatment from the blond hair lady , if you are not white she will be rude to you.

The staff are warm and friendly. A few employees had me belly laughing over the simplest things.

Had a really positive experience one night with one sales rep. Then had a really negative experience with 2 reps on Dec-18-2020 who declined service because I didn’t bring a mask and who declined providing one. The attitude was very negative and abrupt. I don’t mind wearing a mask but I didn’t have one at the time and they didn’t offer a solution. Nothing I could do.
