Well it would be 5 stars if a couple of Clerks would find other employment. So rude. Most of the Staff there are pretty good. The Korean Manager is awesome! Great Customer Service. Personable. There is another Manager there who looks rather stern but actually is ok. Best place for cold beer!

rudeness staff as a cashier. Its unbelievable to hear that you can not understand! He wanted second ID card which is fine for me But when I show the BCID card I ask a simple question why you need the second card ?(just I wanted to know) a simple question, because that was my first time in this situation! he got mad with that! as a cashier who should be nice with people(I think), its funny for me and my wife to see his behavior. I don't wanna come back to this place ever it's nearest branch to my house but I never choose it again. I know I am not perfect in English language but I am not rude, consider that just I ask simple question its not good experience when you see he has talk about you (behind you) with next customer, Its not fair and is about race. Sorry for BC liquor store of Robson.

I purchased a bottle of wine tonight and my change should have been $7.40. However the cashier decided to tip himself the 40cents and only gave me back $7. Even though it's not a lot of money, it's about the lack of class. I didn't choose to tip anybody! Who knows how many customers he does this to during a rush.

My go to liquor store as I just live around the corner. Have to admit, havent had too many issues here with regards to customer service, especially given it is a government distribution network, it is a fairly efficient operation. But some of their staff could use a lesson on friendly client service with little repercussions from poor customer service.. We still have other options!

Be even better without security profiling and following speculating I'm a thief.. oh it's they're job to make us feel like we are thieves. just why do they miss the actual ones stealing . I do love the store and proper staff tho :)
