The WORST customer service I've ever experienced. The ladies are extremely rude, aggressive and accusatory. I am young (of age 21) and felt discriminated against because of this. I am completely shook by the power tripping bully behaviour (mocking and laughing) of these older ladies. This was an extremely traumatizing experience for me. I would have never expected this from three elderly ladies. I understand taking this job seriously but these ladies lack good judgment/common sense. Based on other reviews I'm not the only one feeling this way, Will never be going back. You've just lost my business and my whole family's. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

Today was the first time I've been to this location in years. I brought my 12 year old son with me. I was looking around for a Christmas gift for a co worker. No one approached me asking if I needed help. When I decided on my purchase, the lady at the till asked my son for ID. I told her he's underage and that he's my son. She said I can't sell you this because you brought a child along.?! Seriously?! I told him to go wait outside which he did. The lady then said, I still can't sell you anything. Why not i said confused. She said because you brought a child to the store. He wasn't carrying anything. He didn't touch anything. Totally bogus! I am so steamed about this. I plan to tell anyone who will listen how insane this is. So what is the age limit to where the staff will allow a minor into the store with a parent? A toddler? This is not aBC regulation. This is a one off store policy. Seriously screw this place! It's been so long since I've been this mad at a store.

I've called this place a thousand times, left many voicemails. No one has ever gotten back to me. I was looking for a certain product, but they must not care about their customers, for they won't even answer their store phone or respond to voicemails. Terrible customer service

The manager who was operating a till told me I was to leave my 1000$ e scooter at the till with them, I told them it was too expensive to leave with anyone. She promptly told me in a very rude voice that I could go somewhere else, her reasoning was to protect merchandise. I had the scooter powered off and was pushing it by hand. Very very rude woman and I will not be shopping there again.
