New liquor is better then we had before i like the system they create now like everywhere else show your identity. Back in the days everyone was upset someone stealing something ,someone abusing everyone but now a days it’s better. Nice staff and clean ambiance.

Saturday Eve, long line up outside the door, took about 15 min to get into the store. Once inside stood in another long line up, with only one teller. A manager stood beside the one teller, hands in pocket. I asked if he could maybe take a till or ask another staff member to help.. He stated we're short staffed, you can wait, it's not the end of the world. Great service and respect from a manager!

Why they don’t accept digital ids . I told them my license is on renewal i don’t have the hard copy right now with me but the paper one which mpi gives you until you get your card license . I also showed them my license photo on my phone but they denied my entry . Very poor experience

Good selection and prices. Hopefully they start procuring more craft beer. Lots of wine and hard liquor. Quite a few big negatives... They need to stop selling to people who go in there already drunk. They need more security. They need the front door ID check-in like Winnipeg (and pretty much everywhere) is doing. Bootleggers load up right in front of everyone. Poorly managed and an enabler of the North's problems.

The new location have a nicer interior, labels and displays are well lit. The staff are welcoming and knowledgable of the items. Though my visits to the Thompson Liquor Mart are always brief and seldom, it is always pleasant.
