Such a cool and relaxing place to be. They have all different types cocktails for everyone and non alcoholic ones too. Plus the staff are really nice and welcoming.

Recently planned a surprise birthday party for my friend in August. From initial email to the end of the night, I was beyond impressed with how professional and pleasant everyone was at Barr Hill. Nicole made the entire planning process effortless and was amazing when it came to communication and accommodating what we wanted for the party. The space is gorgeous - light and airy and so sophisticated - and barely needed the addition of flowers that we added for decoration. The food was delicious and the perfect amount and I can't say enough good things about the drinks! People kept commenting on how awesome they were - tasted great and were so pretty! Last, but certainly not least, the hostess, waitstaff and bartenders were a downright delight to be around! They were so sweet and friendly and made the whole atmosphere fun throughout the night. This was the easiest party I've ever planned because of the people at Barr Hill and my friend got exactly the celebration she deserves.

Had the best masterclass/distillery tour ever. Roger our guide was engaging and attentive, he was so kind and informative. Their approach to sustainability is extremely notable. They were hosting a private political event in support of women’s rights when I visited. It was very inspiring to see a local business with strong core values while remaining humble and close to their people. Their products are delicious, the Tom Cat gin and the raw honey stood out for me, but everything I tried was outstanding. Well done! Will be back!

I can’t imagine anyone having a bad experience here. I haven’t read the other reviews but I said what I said! We went to get cocktails for my friends 30th birthday. We were seated in a cozy lounge area they had created for us to accommodate our party of 9. The staff were friendly and our drinks were impeccable! Barr Hill products are top notch. The dedication and care for their craft is evident. We had such a lovely experience. I look forward to my next visit!

Absolutely love the new space in Montpelier!! Grateful to have them close by with plenty to offer. The decor with honey shaped tables plays into the theme with the honey infused Gin perfectly! I also appreciate the well thought out details with the unique lighting above the bar, light projected menu, slushy gin drink options and of course their dynamic assortment of drinks. It is right off the highway so a perfect meet up spot or for guest traveling up to VT! Also much appreciated the option of smoked BBQ pulled pork sold outside from a very friendly vendor! Barr Hill you did not disappoint
