Spirit flight tasting sample. Very good representation of their goods. Personally, particularly liked the gin and vodka, as they more fit my palate. Spacious and comfortable seating, either at the bar or numerous tables. Lots of bar foods and snacks to soften the impact. Friendly, non-pushy staff to assist with the multi faceted menu selections. In addition to the spirits, they also have a selection local beers and wines for those whose tastes differ.

Great place to relax - indoor/outdoor seating with tables and couches makes it good for large groups. Great drinks menu including liquor flights, cocktails, beer and wine. If you're doing a drinking tour of Germantown, definitely recommend stopping here.

The Hudson Valley Distillers is an absolutely awesome place to be. Great cocktails (their lemon drop is phenomenal,) actually cocktail and spirit is top notch. From the whiskey to the gin. The peaceful atmosphere is great to hangout, with a fire pit outside, and plenty of tables to enjoy the scenery. We stayed in the AirBnb on the property and it was clean and cozy, with plenty of space for a larger party. Couldn’t recommend this place more!

My friends and I stayed at the Airbnb that was on the property and everything was amazing! After we got there we walked over to the distillery to get a drink, we met the owner Chris and he was really nice and seems passionate about his business. I am already thinking about doing another trip to get more of their Lemon Drop cocktail!
