The “gentleman” that works here in the evenings (dark hair, glasses) is an absolute menace to society. Whenever I come with my Bangladeshi boyfriend he acts discriminatory towards us and gives us a difficult time. I have never received such poor customer service I would not recommend this NLC.

Peter was ever so helpful it was great chatting with him. I will be going back to let him know how I liked the wine he helped me choose. I did not notice the other person's name tag but she was lovely too

As someone who lives downtown, I was excited to see a NLC store open nearby; however, myself and others have had consistently awful service here, especially in the evenings. Blatantly rude and unwelcoming and smug. The gentleman who works evenings is beyond condescending for no apparent reason. Won’t be returning.

Customer service was unreal here. Was refused service because a friend of mine had no ID and was in the store with me. Would never go back to this specific location.
