The South Georgetown LCBO is the best! Everyone is super friendly. My friends who come to visit from out of town tell me how they love this branch and wait to shop here (how are people so nice?!). Great selection for a smaller store and recently I found what I was looking for right at home after looking at 2 larger stores.

Rating could obviously improve might be a little but tough. I went there late in the night just before they closed was hard to find help. Everything else was good well organized and clean.

Carry fair range of scotch, wine and beer. Trolley is available. Manning is good. Lot of parking space

Wow, I felt some discrimination going on. I had approached one of the workers in order to ask if they had 2 bottles which i had photos on my phone and she quickly distance herself from me. I'm fully aware of how far apart I need to be due to covid restrictions but she showed me that being 1-2 meters apart was too close. I brought my phone closer to her not my body! Ok, I ignored that part since I understand the protocols however, when my husband and I reached the cash, it was the same worker. My husband went away from me so I could purchase the product but she stated that we both needed to be behind the glass to proceed with the payment. OMG! I'm paying for the product, I should be the only one at the cash. My husband can leave the place or go far away from us. He does not have to be behind the cash with me to pay. Never ever had this kind of service. So disappointed.

I made a mistake and had my 20 yo son (with no id) carry alcohol to the checkout. I was refused service, which I completely understand. But I could have done without the nastiness of the server. Right off the bat she was hostile. I definitely would have acted better without the hostility. I left and returned again picking up what I wanted got to the checkout (without my son) met the manager and he was just as hostile right off the bat. I completely understand that there are legal ramifications to serving to someone who is underage but could have done with out the attitude and hostility. Have better customer service.
