I was here on New Years Eve at 6:25 because the sign on their door and their website said they would be open until 8pm on Dec 31. The screen door inside was partially closed as they do as they are closing up. They were shut more than an hour and a half early. There was no sign saying sorry for the inconvenience due to mitigating circumstances (whatever they may be power outage, staff shortage etc) we had to close earlier than expected. They couldn't even put up a simple sign. People plan by what the store posts as their holiday and regular hours. We went over to Superstore where we saw many patrons who had tried to go to the store. I would put no stars if it let me. This was not at all a customer focused experience.

Friendly and helpful staff. Great selection of spirits and wine. What more can you ask? Yes, I know, lower prices, but we must pay for our sins.

Well stocked and organized shelves. My favourite place to get my booze. Patient and friendly staff.

3 star due to the silly cashier who ID'd me but not the 6'/200lbs dudes I came in with, one of whom offered to buy my alcohol which I declined in front of said cashier Appeared to be searching for her 15 mins of fame/validation, because if ministry rules mattered then she should've ID'd the guys I walked in/out with as well. What an absolutely ridiculous experience, if this happens again I certainly won't be returned because regardless of how young you think i look, nobody else ever ID's me (including other staff at this location) so you lost a sale and potentially a customer for no reason
