Lexi is AMAZING ask for her section! Service was impeccable. Food was amazing. We had the nachos and the cheese fries! So good we ordered another round of apps. Go to this place. It's awesome.

All the drinks were really delicious. I had the flight, and particularly liked the gin. The butterfly pea lemonade and "bubbly pink" hot girl summer were also good. The bartender was very nice and she gave us some information even though there wasn't a tour available. Awesome aesthetic inside

I came here on a Saturday evening with a group a friends during our visit to Distillery Winter Village. It was super busy at the time we visited so we had to be on the waitlist for the next available seating. Once we were seated, their menu was embedded in a QR code (see images below for reference). We ordered the following: A Dolly for Sue The ingredients are Spirit of York Gin, honey, lemon, tea, hawthorn berry Gin. My friend commented that this had a strong taste to it. I had the chance to try it since she wasn't able to finish it and I would agree with her statement. I would give this cocktail a 'not bad'. Charlie in a Box The ingredients are Spirit of York Vodka, pear and ginger cider. I ordered this cocktail and this was also one of the popular cocktails in Spirit of York. It has a sweet taste to it and I personally like it 👍. Pink Fire Truck The ingredients are Spirit of York Gin, lime, cranberry syrup, ginger beer and rosemary. My friend enjoyed this drink and would definitely recommend this a try. This was also one of the popular cocktails in here. Two Tin Soldiers The ingredients are vodka, hot chocolate, whipped cream and cinnamon. My friend said that this was good as it gives you that winter festive vibe. Overall, their service was friendly and it is a great place to try some samples and have a great cocktail. I would definitely be coming back to try out more of their cocktails 🍸. Spirit of York is meant to be a world class distillery for a world class city like Toronto. Vodka and gin made with ingredients found here in Ontario, most notably our spring water, are just the beginning of offerings from this fledgling distillery.

My brother and I stopped in to pick up on of my brother's favorite gins from Spirit of York We were greeted by a fine young man, from Ireland, named Zach (or Zack?). He took us through a tasting of all of their current lineup. He is extremely knowledgeable, personable and charismatic. Mikey and I enjoyed our experience while hanging out there so much that between us we spent way more than the bottle of gin (Hawthorne Berry) we originally went in for and didn't care that it was out of stock. If you are planning a visit to the distillery district in Toronto, be sure to stop in at Spirit of York Distillery Co and ask for Zach. Be sure to sample some of the best gins and buy some. I think we got them all. Tell him the 2 crazy brothers from up north sent you. Thank you Zach for the kickass experience and keep up the great work.

I enjoyed two cocktails at the distillery. The vibe inside was awesome. The staff really friendly, but weren't overbearing. We got to sip our cocktails in a nice seating area where we could take in the whole room. I really enjoyed their Last Word.
