I went in and sampled a few things that were all very good. I also got to learn a bit about their process and I look forward to them opening up a place to sit and have a couple of drinks. The only real problem is that you'll pay at least double for a bottle of rum here than what you'd pay for an average one at the LCBO, so it's difficult to justify making a full switch over to it, but it's certainly going to be a nice treat from time to time.

The rum is outstanding, the triple sec a treat and the limencello sublime!
