On Dec. 22nd I was looking for a bottle of Muskoka Cranberry wine but the branch doesn’t not carry it. Kim kindly offered to pick up a bottle at another location. To my surprise she called the following day saying she got it. I can’t express how thankful I was, Kim definitely went ABOVE AND BEYOND her customer service is exceptional ! Thanks again, Rose Gray

You can't go wrong with this place sad, happy, tired, full of energy, sick. the only way I wouldn't recommend going there is if you're already feeling kind of mad.

Beer cans are damaged right off the shelf... They shouldn't sell damaged cans...

Thus location may look like a basic small town LCBO but the beer selection is fantastic. Also a nice enclosed refrigerator has most beers chilled if you want to grab a cold one. Wines and hard liquor selection is also more than just a basic variety.

Very disappointed in the way I was treated at this store today. Never have I been treated with such disrespect. I brought my 17 year old son in with me as I have been doing all year to lift and carry the flat for the cans. Because he put it on the counter, they would not let me make my purchase as he is under age. I was told if I can't carry the flat myself, I should use a shopping cart next time. They would allow me to pay for the 4 cans I was carrying, but the flat they would not sell me? Would there be a reason why they could not have informed me of their rules that they themselves admitted that not many people know of and, let me make my purchase and be on my way? I am honestly taken aback. Whomever the two working there are right now, on a sunny Sunday afternoon of May 30, shame on you. You can do better.
