If I could give them no star I would. I went in New Years Eve to get drinks as most people do. While I was checking out and getting my money to pay for my drinks I was getting a look from the cashier never thought anything of it. After I paid for my drinks and was going to leave the cashier looked at me and told me that I should reshape my eyebrows. From someone who has worked in customer service you should NEVER be saying something like that especially to a paying customer. Very poor customer service would not recommend going unless you’re looking to get insulted about your looks.

If I could give this specific LCBO 0 stars I would! On New Year’s Eve a worker was serving a young women and while looking at the young women’s ID she had the audacity to tell her that she needed to “re shape her eyebrows” (AFTER THE PURCHASE WAS MADE) I was baffled the poor young lady walked out. It makes me sick to hear someone in costumer service treat costumers this way!

Great selection they can bring stuff in if you want it. The know so much... the personality in there is fantastic. They also get to know you and make recommendations i would never have tried.... I drink whiskey. But the lady in there got me drinking this and well... I love it. Keeping alcoholics happy since forever.

Great selection for the size of the place. If you think you'll drink it regularly they can order your favourites if you want. The staff is super friendly.
