I was looking for a particular drink I couldn't find I asked a rep to direct me. Instead she put down what she was doing and walked me over to where it was. She then went on to identify similar drinks that I might be interested in. I walked in the day before Christmas Eve and the line up to the cash was down the aisle and wrapped around the corner into another aisle. I thought I was going to be there for at least an hour waiting to checkout. I was so wrong. The staff there organized and moved the line quickly. I was out in 10 mins. Awesome customer service all the way around; no pun intended!

I’ve lived in Canada for past 5 years. This the first time i felt racially discriminated. A beautiful white couple was served in front of us with manners and great customer service. When it was our turn at the cashier a young girl(cashier) with black hair and glasses she also had a piercing on her nose. She literally yelled how are u paying!!! In meantime throwing the beer and wine on the table. Threw the receipt not even looking at us. I assume the reason was that my friends were speaking not English.(they don’t speak English ) i was discussed by her behaviour. Thanks LCBO for hiring people like this. I’ve worked as a manager in a restaurant for past 3 years if she was my employee she would’ve a job by now!
